We're happy to offer free shipping on every order, worldwide.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location. International orders may occasionally take longer due to customs processing in your country.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders, worldwide, with no minimum purchase required.

International orders, duties & taxes

We ship internationally. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Lost or stolen packages

ScalpReset is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier once marked as delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at Hello@scalpserum.com and we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect shipping addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we'll do what we can to help redirect the package if caught before it ships.
